- Once enrolled, a learner occupies a reserved seat which impacts batch planning, trainer allocation, and resource deployment.
- For recorded or self-paced programs, access to digital materials is granted immediately and cannot be revoked; therefore, refunds are not applicable.
- No refunds will be provided for non-usage, dissatisfaction, withdrawal, or discontinuation after enrollment.
It is the sole responsibility of the user to review and verify the suitability of a program before enrolling.

- All live sessions may be recorded for learning continuity.
